Guidelines
General Rules
🖤All creations MUST include dead dove themes🖤All creations MUST be tagged appropriately or it will not be shared🖤Contributors MUST be in the server as this is the best way to give updates on the events; however, you do not have to participate in the prompt fest to be in the server
Creation Requirements
🕊️ Fics must be a minimum of 1,500 words🕊️ Art must be digital or traditional on unlined paper with clean lines and flat colors. Monochrome is also permitted.🕊️Moodboards must be a minimum of five separate images that encompass the vibe of your prompt. Any fan art must be your own or the artist gives explicit permission to use it.🕊️Playlists must include enough songs to equal a minimum of 30 minutes of listening.🕊️Book or CD Cover must include a front and back cover shaped like a book a title, and must showcase the vibe of your prompt.
Sign-Ups
During sign-ups, creators will be asked to submit three prompts they would be open to creating for. Contributors will then be invited to the server.
Prompt Voting
The fun thing about this event is even those who are not participating will be able to vote! Contributors will go to a voting site, and whichever prompt is the most popular for each contributor is what they'll create for.
Creation Period
Two mini events called "Dead Delights" will serve as an informal check-in for contributors. Creators will share a snippet of their work for the masses to enjoy within the server. There are no repercussions for not participating, as completing this event is completely in the hands of the contributor. Please ensure all snippets are properly tagged.Snippets should only be shared in the server until WIP Week.
WIP Week
Contributors can share snippets of their pieces on Twitter for the event socials to share. Please ensure all snippets are properly tagged.
Posting
Contributors can post their completed content on Twitter. There will also be an AO3 Collection to consolidate all contributions. The last day for late posting will be one week after the posting week.
